He graduated in Clarinet at the Conservatory of Udine and later also in Band Instrumentation, and he further refined his skills with numerous teachers such as Della Fonte, Aleppo, Conjaerts, van der Roost, de Hann, Ferran, Pusceddu, Doss, and Marques. Since 1995 he has been the Artistic Director of the Maniago Philharmonic Association, where he oversees the direction of both the Wind Orchestra and the Youth Orchestra. As conductor of the Wind Orchestra, he has participated in several music competitions, always achieving remarkable results and placements. He teaches clarinet and saxophone at the music school of the Philharmonic Association, of which he is also the Director. Since 2013 he has been the Director of the Musical Band in Porcia, where he teaches clarinet and conducts the Wind Orchestra, and since 2022 he has participated in the 'Portus Naonis' International Clarinet Festival both as performer and teacher. He collaborates as an external lecturer at the Torricelli Higher Institute and the Margherita Hack Comprehensive Institute in Maniago. He is part of Moni Ovadia's musical group and plays with Trieste Early Jazz Orchestra, Accademia Musicale Naonis, Galgal Quintet, musical group Strepitz (with whom he has performed throughout Europe and released numerous CDs), ensembles Taximi and Musiche di Cunfin (with whom he explores Eastern European, Balkan, and Greek ethnic music), Zero Orchestra perfoming at the Cinema Muto in Pordenone, Orchestra Voci del Livenza, and the Irish music group Green Waves. Since 1998, he performed in duo, trio, quartet, and as a soloist at numerous festivals and music events both in Italy and abroad. With Edizioni Musicali Allemanda, he edited many educational publications for both clarinet and saxophone, and he also edited orchestral compositions for wind instruments, as well as arrangements and transcriptions for wind orchestra.
