Claricena: an evening of flavours and music

Yesterday, 3th June, Piazza della Motta and the SiNota Music School were transformed into a stage suspended between reality and enchantment. Claricena was both a dinner and a concert: an event designed to be enjoyed around a table and within the collective intimacy of the city.

At the heart of the evening was Didier Ortolan, a clarinettist and composer whose phrasing drew out emotional lines that were both clear and enveloping. His clarinett spoke with a warm, precise voice, weaving dialogues that intertwined like whispered words at the table. Alongside him, the Mylos string quartet, an all-female ensemble known for its performances at leading Italian institutions, responded with a luminous and refined tone, blending tension and sweetness into a single musical breath.
Each piece was an invitation to pause, to share food and wonder with those sitting beside you.

Claricena transformed an ordinary evening into a ritual of beauty: a dinner-concert that celebrated the joy of togetherness and the pleasure of listening together. The melodies of the clarinet and strings created a refined dialogue between sound and light, inviting the audience to let themselves be guided.

An experience that will remain etched in the memories of those who were there: not just a concert, but an evening to be enjoyed around a table, where every note had the flavour of a gathering.
